At all times, we seek to conduct business with honesty and integrity. To promote accountability for our assets, resources, and services we allow employees and others outside our Group to safely report serious concerns and information that may constitute a violation. We encourage all individuals who identify or suspect misconduct or an improper state of affairs to speak up and report their concerns.

How We Handle Whistleblower Reports

When reporting through our whistleblower portal, the report will be assessed by our independent board member. Whistleblower reports will be elevated to executive management, although steps will be taken to preserve the confidentiality of the whistleblower. To the extent appropriate, we will report back to the whistleblower on the outcome of the investigation. However, it may not be possible to provide the whistleblower with all details of the investigation.
